Papers must be submitted using the Final Paper Template and must contain a title however no authors should be mentioned in order to ensure the review process is double blind.
If the paper is accepted with no revisions required, author(s) will be invited to present the paper at the conference and have it included in the conference proceedings. Authors will be asked to upload the final version of their paper with reference to authors.
If the paper is accepted with revisions, author(s) will have to address reviewers’ comments and resubmit the full paper within 2 weeks. It is a condition that at least one of the authors has a paid conference registration.
